Meet Reverend Margaret

About Me

I have been officiating weddings in this area since 2005 and have performed over 300 ceremonies. I was also blessed to travel to Arizona and Missouri to officiate ceremonies for family members as well. In September of 2011, I had the honor of performing my daughter's wedding and in March of 2012 I composed the wedding ceremony of my son which was performed by my daughter.

It is such a pleasure to help to make your day a one of a kind. I do not do cookie cutter ceremonies. Each ceremony is constructed just for you. There are no words to describe the happiness I receive from being a part of each couples' very special day. They are all unique and will forever hold a place in my heart.

For your wedding I will wear a white robe and my sash is made to match the color in your wedding.

I recently was asked to perform a Harry Potter themed wedding complete with costumes. It had to be one of the most fun and exciting weddings I have ever had the pleasure of officiating. I look forward to many more to come.

For whatever reason if I am unable to perform your ceremony, I have associates available so that your day proceeds as planned.

On a Personal Note

My husband of twenty-eight years passed away in 2003. I have since met a wonderful man, who had also lost his wife and we were married in February of 2007. I have been very blessed to have found love not once but twice in my lifetime.

Between us, we have four children. A son-in-law, two daughters-in-law, six beautiful grandchildren five grandcats and seven granddogs.

Besides being allowed to share with my couples their very important day, we are very active with Special Olympics. I also enjoy sewing, quilting, reading, playing the piano and gardening, when there is time.
